Organic Flax Seed Meal
An easy way to incorporate more dietary fiber in all diets is Organic Flax Seed Meal, a couple tablespoons in your protein shake or add it when you are making pancakes for you or your family, believe me the kids won’t know. For a healthy diet the average person should consume 25 to 30 grams of dietary fiber a day for good general health. For anyone that is a gym rat like me lookin to shed a couple pounds give this shake a try. Perfect shake in the mornings when you wake up to get your metabolism stoked for the rest of the day. 2 Cups of Skim Milk-2 scoops of whey protein(I recommend vanilla)-2 1/2 Tablespoons of Organic flax seed meal-1 Cup of frozen blueberries-2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter

you got some good points, but i’m not really convinced of this. and i got to much confusion in my life at this moment to spend more time on it. I could check back to see your postings….
